Peillon - Beautiful Village House

The space

The house features an entrance hall, a dining room, a living room, a kitchen, and a separate WC.
A small stone bridge crossing the street leads to a first bedroom with a shower room and balcony. Upstairs, you will find a second bedroom with a bathroom and WC, as well as a third bedroom with a shower room and WC.
Please note: public parking is available at the bottom of the village. Access to the house is on foot via approximately 60 steps.

Guest access

You will have full access to the entire house during your stay.
Access to the property requires climbing around 60 steps, and there are also stairs inside the house to reach the upper floor and the living room.

We are available 7 days a week via your booking platform or by phone in case of emergency.

The neighborhood

Located at an altitude of 376 meters in the Paillon Valley, in the heart of a preserved natural environment, Peillon is a medieval hilltop village perched on a rocky outcrop between Nice and Monaco.
You will find historical landmarks, hiking trails, a climbing site, the “Train des Merveilles” in Saint-Thècle, and two restaurants in the village.

Public parking is available at the entrance of the village.

Airport transfers: available upon request prior to your arrival.

Other things to note

Before your arrival, you will be required to secure a deposit online (AMEX not accepted). The deposit will be released after your departure. Thank you for your cooperation.
Please note that there is no supermarket or grocery store in the village. The nearest supermarket is located at 240 ZAE de la Bégude, 06340 Cantaron (approximately 10 minutes by car), and you will find all amenities in the nearby town of Contes.
