Self CHECK-OUT until 10.00 AM.
A MANDATORY DEPOSIT will be required a few days before your arrival (No AMEX).
Restrictions : NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES, NO PETS, NO COMMERCIAL PHOTOS/VIDEOS.
From 10.00 PM to 08.00 AM please be vigilant with loud noises!

If the guest does not show up, the FULL amount of the reservation fee will be charged (no refund).
From 0 to 7 days before check-in : 0% - NO refund, you will not receive any form of refund if you cancel your stay 7 days or less before your arrival date.
From 7 to 15 days before check-in : 25% - HALF refund, we will refund half of your reservation fee if you cancel your stay between 7 and 15 days before your arrival.
From 15 to 21 days before check-in : 50% - QUARTER refund, we will refund half of your reservation fee if you cancel your stay between 15 and 21 days before your arrival.
Up to 22 days before check-in : 100% - TOTAL refund, we will not charge you any fee if you cancel your stay 22 days or more before your arrival date.
